A client must have made payment before attending class.
Payments for classes are non-refundable.
The Fitness Depot reserves the right to make alterations to the classes, instructors and/or equipment, Clients will be notified of any class cancellations and credited to this effect.
Online bookings must be cancelled ONLINE up to 4 hours before the start of a class or this will be treated as a ‘no show’.
Answer phone or email cancellations cannot be accepted. Your booking may be treated as a ‘no show’ if you do not attend the class. In the event of a ‘no show’, one class will be deducted.
If the class is fully booked, you can join the online ‘waitlist’. Once you are on the ‘waitlist’, as places come up in class, you will be automatically moved from the ‘waitlist’ to a reserved space in class. You will be emailed notification of this, at which point normal booking terms apply.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme which they follow, or class which they attend.
Members accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any class.
The Fitness Depot accepts no liability for loss or damage to property of clients or for injury incurred by clients. I consent to taking part in this program and will declare any injuries or relevant medical history.
‘The Fitness Depot’ may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 7th Jan 2019.
WHAT WE COLLECT

- Name and job title
- Contact information including email address
- Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
- Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
