This class welcomes all abilities and is aimed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, focus and balance.

What should you expect from a class?

This is achieved through Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises). At the end of each class, we practice Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to release any tension in the mind and body.

Do I need to be fit to take a yoga class?

Our Yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Working together with the trainer, you will be taught at a level that is suitable for you.
